Custom and personalised orders

We do accept custom and personalized orders. Just send us a message on Etsy with the details and we will share the details and quote with you within 4-6 hours.

Do you have return and exchange policy?

Yes, we do have 30 days return and exchange policy on all listed items, but not on the custom orders as they are specially made for you, but if there are any defects please let us know, and we will surely work together to get it done right.

Do you work with natural diamonds?

Yes, we do work with natural diamonds. All items listed on our store can be made with natural diamonds as well, just send us a message on Etsy and we will provide the details and the price.

What is the processing and delivery time?

We normally take 7 days to complete the order and once shipped it takes around 7-9 days for delivery by express and economy shipping takes 15-17 days. For custom orders depending on the design, we will discuss the making and shipping time. For express shipping we have DHL, UPS, and FedEx and for economy shipping, we use India Post and USPS

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do provide gift wrapping which is at an additional cost and the option is available at the time of checkout.

Do you provide engraving?

Yes, we do provide engraving or laser inscription inside the jewelry which is free of cost and a maximum of 15 characters including spaces for engraving above 15 characters there will be an additional charge, please message us for details.

Are your moissanite treated or color enhanced?

No, all the moissanite we cut and polish are non-treated or there is no color enhancement done. Our moissanite remains the same for a lifetime just like diamonds.
